Merry Christmas to my dearest HustleFam. Here's few guidelines / tips we've written to ensure you stay fit over the holiday season 😉

We are all social creatures & don't live in a vacuum. During festivities, we are all about having fun and enjoying good food together. To deprive yourself from all the good stuff will set you up for "failure" from a psychological standpoint.

Allocate a portion of caloric intake : Aim to stay within your daily calories (kcal) consumption even you are going to have big feast. Allocate biggest portion of kcal for the feast and smaller portion for all other meals. For example, eat 50% lesser for your breakfast and lunch so that you have an extended quota reserved to feast during the night with family and friends.

Food Selection: Eat protein rich foods first, this way you will feel satiated. Then have good fats (helps suppresses your appetite) & tonnes of vegetable (low calories food that will fill you up). This specific order will keep you satiated where bingeing on sugary food looked less appealing.
Do not worry if you happen to exceed the calories. It is completely fine to enjoy the delectable food. You can always do some activities to boost the metabolism temporarily.
